If your plan includes coverage for nutrition counseling, you may be able to meet with a Registered Dietitian and have your appointments covered by your insurance!

Initial Appointments

Our online appointments occur using a secure and private platform. During our first session, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your medical history, lifestyle behaviors, and goals. Together, we will create short-term and long-term goals for sustainable success.

Follow Up Appointments

30 - 60 minutes

Consistent sessions, weekly or bi-weekly, are an important in creating and achieving success. Follow up sessions are tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and goals.

  4. What can I expect during my initial consultation? During your initial consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your health goals, medical history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle habits with one of our registered dietitians. We'll work together to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and supports your journey towards better health.

  5. Do you accept insurance? Yes,  and most of the time my patients pay $0 out of pocket. In times that patients do end up paying something out of pocket using insurance, they typically pay less than a single cash paying session, too. 

  6. How many sessions will I need? The number of sessions you'll need depends on your individual goals, preferences, and progress. Some clients achieve their desired outcomes with just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support and guidance over a longer period. We'll work together to determine the best plan for you.

  7. Do you offer virtual consultations? Yes, we are 100% virtual. Our telehealth platform allows us to connect with clients from anywhere, making it easy to access our services from the comfort of your own home or office.

  8. Can you help with meal planning and grocery shopping? Absolutely! Meal planning and grocery shopping guidance are integral parts of our services. We'll work with you to create personalized meal plans that align with your nutritional needs, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. We can also provide tips and strategies for making healthy choices at the grocery store and while dining out.
