For over 5 years, I have helped women just like you shift their mindset and change their habits to improve their health whether that means fitting into a bikini for swimsuit season or improving labs and overall health and most reasons in between.
I have over 10 years experience as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and started out working in the hospital, then outpatient, and even still work in clinical part-time.
What I learned in the clinical settings, and am still learning, has been invaluable, however, working with people to help them fulfill their goals through sustainable and lifelong habit changes is my passion.
