Appointment reminders and important messages will be sent via email only.
6. Cancelation & No-Show Policy
When you book an appointment, you reserve a time that becomes unavailable to others.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a fee. Fees may vary depending on the policies of contracted organizations (e.g., Nourish, Berry Street, or Fay Nutrition).
This fee is not reimbursable by insurance and will be billed directly to you.
To cancel or reschedule, use the email reminder link or contact us through your Patient Portal's messaging feature.
7. Billing & Insurance
We contract with third-party services to verify insurance benefits. If you are scheduled through Fay Nutrition, Berry Street, or Nourish, they will communicate directly with you regarding coverage.
8. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
-
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
