Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.

 

I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. As a fully qualified and accredited trainer (NASM-CPT), I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives.

I'm a real person just like you. I'm not a model or spokesperson. I'm a hard-working mom of twin toddlers; I know that finding time or motivation to incorporate exercise into the day can be difficult. 

So, while I am open to working with almost anyone, my specialties are those that I can relate the most to: women's fitness and fat loss.

 

Fitness can have an impact on your sleep which can lead to more energy which can lead to better workouts. This effect can domino into a better physique, better lab values, and other indicators of well-being. Even making better nutrition choices can be impacted by your fitness routine and vice versa.

Expectations

  • 2 or 3 Month Commitment; This is your Membership.

    • Why? It takes time to notice results. I am committed to you just as you are committed to me during this time period. I also limit the number of clients I work with because of this. 

  • Pricing​

    • My prices are the same per hour no matter if you're one of my celebrity clients or my neighbor. Hourly rate is based on the value of what you get in each session and not the number of sessions you choose to pay for. 

    • Membership Fee

      • $60 monthly that goes towards accountability software and weekly check-ins as well as assessment/follow up appointments​

      • VIRTUAL 1:1 or  1:2 (if you want to workout with an accountability partner)​​

        • 25 minutes = $20 each​ /$15 each session each person if 1:2

          • Example: 2 month membership + (2) 25-minute workouts/week = $220/month ($440 total)​

        • 45 minutes = $40 each/$30 each session each person if 1:2

      • In Person 1:1 or  1:2 (if you want to workout with an accountability partner)​​

        • 45 minutes = $60 each​ /$25 each session each person if 1:2

        • Locations:

          • 1229 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite 204B, Marietta GA (East Cobb) for 1:1 only. Available: barbell and dumbbells, stability ball, gliders, and resistance bands. Ideal for most who are interested in general fitness. ​

          • Fit Pro Station - Sandy Springs: More limited availability. This is a full gym with cable machines and other equipment. Ideal for those who need large machines to reach their goals. 

      • BONUS!!​

        • Every client will receive access to my coaching software and weekly check ins for accountability​

        • Add on: $25/month a static meal plan based on your goals or $60/month personalized meal plan (if needed for special dietary requirements)

        • Contact me to schedule a consult / initial assessment. This is required for all clients. The cost of the initial consult is $25 and goes towards any services that require program creation (app, written, or 1:1 workout program design)

        • I offer coaching with programs designed that you can use on an app in place of 1:1 virtual sessions. These are personalized- take them with you to your gym or use at home! $60/month
