Training Sessions are part of a membership program. Your credit card will be charged for 4 weeks of sessions (based on number of visits/week decided upon). 

48 hour cancellation policy.

Initial Assessment Required

Your first visit is in my office and will include measurements, before photos, functional assessments, and review of needs/program creation. This is a $40 visit. Training sessions are this price per hour or less, on average, but determined at the visit.

Combine your personal training package with a meal planning program and/or nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.

An assessment is done to monitor for postural and muscle imbalances. Together, we combine that with health history, preferences, and goals.

Certification through the National Academy of Sports ensures that I have the training to assist you in reaching your goals - safely!

Women Training Outdoors

Fit as Femme Small Group Training (Women Only)

W / F  9 AM - 10 AM

M / Th may open up depending on demand.

This 50 minute class is focused on toning and shaping a woman's body, curves and all! It will include  a total body strength training workout as well as some cardio intervals. Fun is required.
